ORDINARY SKINCARE ROUTINE DURING DAILY EXERCISE

Ordinary Skincare:

When I first got into skincare in my 20s, one of my acquaintances had most of her serums under $20.But I could experiment with powerful, high-quality ingredients and that’s it. I didn’t worry about how much I was messing up. This trial and error helped me figure out how to take care of my sensitive skin

It’s TIME  TO GET PURE SKIN

So over time, I discovered mandelic acid niacinnamite, and many other things that keep my skin happy to this day. All this is to say that I am a huge fan of this brand.

But as a true layman, I can also recognize its flaws. The brand strives to introduce good ingredients and formulas, meaning there’s plenty to choose from for anyone who wants to take great care of their skin.

Acne due to excessive sweating:

Most of the people in the gym do not carry a towel to remove excessive sweat from their faces which eventually force an extra layer of bacterial sweat on their faces.

The oily skin does get acne faster when the harmful bacteria or dirt go into the pores of the skin. Simply it increases the chance of getting pimples easily and it forces the skin impurities to make the excessive acne infection worse.

STEPS  TO FOLLOW AFTER WORKOUT :

The first thing that a person should do before or after the workout. He should take a face wash to use on his skin and clear all the dirt and acne from his face.

Then he should carry a towel which will help them to remove the extra layer of sweat from their neck and face. this is the optimal and the easiest solution to remove all the impurities and save their skin from all kinds of acne and infections

The Ordinary Mandelic Acid 10% + HA With AHA and Hyaluronic Acid:

If you’re nothing like me and have extremely sensitive skin but still want something that tackles blemishes and glows, this mandelic acid serum is perfect.

Mandelic Acid is an AHA with a larger molecule than its famous glycolic acid and lactic Acid. Its larger molecule means it penetrates the skin more slowly, making it the most gentle it’s natural. So it’s good for anyone who suffers from breakouts. This formula can also be used for glycerin and hydration, so your skin needs hydration as well as exfoliation.

The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser:

If you often feel tight or tight when you wash your face, try this Creamy Squalance Cleanser. Squalane is one of my favorite ingredients for glowing skin because it’s so sure without the hangover. More topical for dry skin types as it leaves behind a soft moisturizing feel which may be a bit overwhelming for people with oily skin.

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid:

It’s ridiculous how expensive some of the popular hyaluronic acid serums on the market are when it turns out that this serum uses both hyaluronic acid and ceramides, which are fatty acids that support our skin’s barrier, so you’ll be more hydrated.

More hydration than hyaluronic acid. After these complaints, the serum was hard to come by. Brands recently reformulated it to have a more watery consistency. It will increase your skin’s elasticity, which will have many benefits for your skin. Hyaluronic acid is great for the skin.

The Ordinary Soothing & Barrier Support Serum:

This is a serum that I am very happy to report. It removes the pleasant skin barrier. It makes the skin feel so much calmer. Can be used as well as sparingly if you are using something stronger like a strong Exoflant or Retinol, this serum will feel soothing after use. Some ingredients make your skin look beautiful which helps to deeply hydrate and strengthen the skin.

The Ordinary AHA BHA Peeling Solution:

A very strong exfoliator and skincare product, we talk about a semi-product that made a lot of noise in 2020, this product contains 30% of one AHA and two percent BHA. Many people have started using this product and ended up damaging their skin barrier with no irritation and generally unfortunate results.

If used properly i.e. you only use it once or twice a week at most it has really good results this product makes your skin look very bright and beautiful.

The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%:

Azelaic acid is one of my favorite products for hyperpigmentation and acne because of its anti-inflammatory properties, as well as its ability to block melanin production to fade dark spots, so it’s a great acne treatment. It also helps in treating the damage caused by previous acne scars. Adding to the issues, you should apply it to your face after and after any water-based serum such as hyaluronic acid.
